Hajia Sa’adatu Modibb Kawu, a native of Ilorin South, Kwara State, brings a rich tapestry of  experience to her current role as Honorable Commissioner for Education and Human Capital  Development in Kwara State, a position she has held since October 2023. Her dedication to education and  development is evident in her prior roles, including her stints as the Honorable Commissioner for Tertiary  Education, Science, and Technology from December 2019 to December 2020, and her founding  membership in the Making a Difference (MAD) for You and I Initiatives and MAD for a Better Kwara  Initiative in 2018. Moreover, as the co-founder of Niche International School (NIS) and Al-Iman  Islamiyyah in Ilorin, Kwara State since 2012, and as Project Coordinator for NIS Legacy of Giving  Initiatives since the same year, she has played pivotal roles in shaping educational endeavours in her  community.  With a career trajectory marked by versatility, Hajia Sa’adatu has navigated through diverse professional  landscapes, ranging from educational institutions to corporate entities. Her journey includes pivotal roles  such as Head HR and Lead Facilitator in organizations like Kinder Comfort Learning Centre, SOG  Management Consultants, and WSV Multimedia Limited from 2003 to 2012. Additionally, her tenure at  Zenith Bank branches in Kaduna, Ilorin, and Maiduguri from 2001 to 2003, and her previous employment  at the Ministry of Finance in Kaduna from 1998 to 1999, underscore her breadth of experience and  expertise.  In addition to her professional endeavours, Hajia Sa’adatu has actively contributed to various committees  and ad-hoc initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to societal welfare. Her memberships in  committees such as the President Yar’Adua Campaign Organization in 2007 and her chairmanship of the  Rainstorm Disaster Assessment Committee in Kwara State in September 2020 reflect her proactive  approach to addressing community needs and challenges.  Furthermore, her academic accomplishments and continuous pursuit of learning underscore her  commitment to personal and professional growth. With qualifications ranging from a Special Executive  Masters Certificate in Business Management to a Masters in Business Administration, she exemplifies a  dedication to excellence in her field. Beyond her professional pursuits, Hajia Sa’adatu’s interests extend to  contributing positively to the world, as evidenced by her dedication to making incremental changes and  her enjoyment of simple pleasures like brisk walks, reading, and cherishing moments with loved ones. 

Hadiza Abubakar Yar’adua is an ex-banker and Founder of Woodentods International School which she  founded in 2009. She is a highly enthusiastic multitalented, multifaceted corporate business executive and  seasoned educationist. She has obtained prominent academic and professional experiences which have aptly  equipped her with a comprehensive managerial portfolio and a track record of impact and organizational  transformation.  She has accomplished and built her strength as an educational reformer in four core competencies including,  Education Administration and Policy Formulation, Institution Planning and Development, Curriculum  Formulation and Development, and Special Educational Needs Advocacy. She is an educational administrator,  business strategist, policy reform advocate, public speaker, mentor, facilitator and collaborator of several  educational reform and development projects.  Hadiza has bagged several certifications which include a General and Pediatric First Aid Certification from  Sophie Booths Consulting, an Executive Strategy Certification from the Educators Leadership Summit, a  Diploma in Business Operation and Business Process Engineering from Business Study Group, and a  Certification in School Development and Transformation from Cambridge International Education. She is  currently undergoing a Coaching Certification program by ICF Accredited Optimus Coach Academy and will  soon commence a Seed Transformation Program for Established Enterpreneurs with annual revenue of  between 300,000 – 15 million USD at the prestigious Stanford University, California.
