Yemisi Ogunlade

Yemisi Ogunlade is an Education and Business Management Consultant. She is the Principal Consultant at Plumptre Advisory, a consultancy focused on HR Solutions, Operational Excellence and UK School Placements.

With a background in administration and leadership spanning over 20 years, Yemisi’s career expands over several industries including foreign missions, education and healthcare. During this period, she provided leadership in a variety of functional areas including School Administration, School Admissions, General Administration, Parent Engagement, Human Resources and Business Development.

Yemisi is passionate about helping her clients put operational structures in place to promote efficient, cost-effective and standard work practices resulting in business growth and sustainability. She has a strong bias for employee development and is committed to deploying HR interventions that enable organisations to leverage their most valuable resource – their people!

Having worked as a Senior Leader in a leading educational institution, Yemisi is skilled at providing a high level of support to parents and caring for their children. Her client engagement, school administration and admissions activities are rated as outstanding.

Yemisi is a lawyer by training and holds an MBA from the Bradford University School of Management, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration & Management (CCEAM), Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ) and the Employment, Labour & Industrial Relations Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.

An avid bargain junkie and K-Drama enthusiast, Yemisi is a not-so-typical wife to her husband of many years and is a mum to two children who often imagine they are the ‘parents’ (only for very brief moments in time).
