Director of Academic Planning, previously Acting Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies and Administrator (Director) Information Communication Technology (ICT) Centre, Ebonyi State University.

Professor of Marketing with expertise in Consumer and Organizational Behaviour/Commitment, an area in which he holds his PhD and MBA (Newcastle Business School, Northumbria UK) and a Postgraduate Certificate from Lille Graduate School of Management, EuraLille France. Ike is a member of various professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing London and Chartered Management Institute UK. Ike was a Senior Lecturer, Programme Leader BA (Hons) Marketing Management and Progamme Leader (Head) of Research (PhD) Programmes at Northumbria University at Newcaslte-upon Tyne England UK between 2006 – 2012. As a Senior Academic within the Newcastle Business School, he was also responsible for managing some Marketing Degree programmes across partner Universities and Higher Institutions in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the UK. Ike also served as Visiting Professor of Marketing at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, England UK. He was also the Chairman of Higher Education Foundation Certificates (HEFC) MADG Board on Marketing, Northumbria-Northeast affiliate Colleges of England from 2007 to 2011. He has also chaired many Doctoral Panels.

His Industrial, academic, managerial, teaching and research experience span over 16 years. Some of which has been within the UK Financial Sector, including Northern Rock Bank Gosforth HQ UK. Ike also serves on the Editorial Board of various academic Journals and has published within ranked International Journals. He has supervised 3 PhDs (with minimum of 80,000.00 words per Thesis) to completion in the United Kingdom and 1 in Nigeria. He is currently supervising 4 Doctoral students at various levels at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki Nigeria, where he is amongst others, the Director of Academic Planning, previously Acting Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies and Administrator (Director)Information Communication Technology (ICT) Centre;having previously served as Head of Department of MarketingFaculty of Management Sciences in the same University.
